From October 16 to 18, the QazaqGaz Youth Forum is being held in Aktau as part of the Year of Working Professions. The event brought together more than 70 employees from all regions of the country. The forum is aimed at developing professional skills, creating the value of work and supporting young specialists of the company. Over the course of three days, participants will undergo a rich program, including training blocks, master classes and practical sessions. The opening of the forum was attended by the Ombudsman of JSC NC "QazaqGaz" Azilkhan Abeuov. In his address to the participants, he stressed the importance of the role of young employees in the future of the energy industry: "Young professionals are the future of QazaqGaz and the entire energy sector of the country. You have the knowledge and creative thinking that allows you to find innovative solutions and discover new areas for growth." In addition, the chairmen of the youth councils of the QazaqGaz Group of companies discussed the results of their work over the past 9 months and awarded the active participants with letters of thanks.
QazaqGaz's youth policy goes far beyond a single forum. Employees regularly take part in blood donation campaigns, charity events aimed at helping those in need, and organize fundraising and food baskets. The event became a platform for sharing experiences and creating a unified youth community.
