BUSINESS BEHAVIOR AND PROFESSIONAL ETHICS

    QazaqGaz Group of Companies hereby expresses its commitment to high standards of professional, business and ethical behavior in its business activities, and, accordingly, expects from partners (third parties) the same commitment to the norms of business behavior and proper conduct of business.

    The Client shall endeavor to engage those Consultants, contractors/executors who share its commitment to upholding high standards of professional, business and ethical conduct in its business activities.

    Consultants, contractors/executors shall 

• treat the ethical side of their work on the Project with equal integrity regardless of the terms and conditions or the financial side of the Contract.
• In their dealings with the Client shall be guided by high standards of ethical behavior. 

Employees of the Client and the Contractor, when the Contractor is providing services, shall:

- notify their management in advance of any possible conflict of interest;

- consider the interests of the Client as a priority in the event of a conflict of interest between the Client and the contractor regarding conditions not regulated in the Contract;

- fulfill its obligations professionally, thoroughly and in good faith, and ensure that the Client's assignments are carried out in the best possible manner;

- bring to the Customer's notice information within the limits established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Contract and the Code of Business Ethics.
