Akbar Tulegenov, First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of JSC NC QazaqGaz, held talks with a TAPline delegation led by Deputy General Director Zhang Peng. The parties explored opportunities to expand cooperation in research and development, as well as investment in technological innovation.
In particular, the participants agreed to strengthen scientific and technical collaboration by engaging QazaqGaz’s research and technology centre. The companies also agreed to intensify the exchange of expertise in order to enhance their approaches to innovation management, research and development.
In addition, the formation of a five-year portfolio of joint projects was discussed. Among the potential areas of cooperation is the launch of a project focused on developing methods for multi-level energy efficiency assessment of the Kazakhstan–China main gas pipeline.
