On the sidelines of the ADIPEC international energy exhibition, Alibek Zhamauov, Chairman of the Management Board of QazaqGaz, met with Nicolas Terraz, President of TotalEnergies Exploration & Production. The parties discussed prospects for strengthening cooperation in the gas industry, with a particular focus on joint initiatives in geological exploration and the development of new gas fields.
Mr. Zhamauov emphasized that QazaqGaz is consistently implementing a strategy aimed at ensuring Kazakhstan’s energy security, with a strong focus on advancing geological exploration capabilities and adopting modern technologies, including artificial intelligence.
