"MANGYSHLAK-MUNAI" LLP, which is the Customer of audit services, guided by the Procurement Procedure of the Joint-stock company "National Welfare Fund "Samruk-Kazyna" and legal entities, fifty or more percent of the voting shares (participation interests) of which are directly or indirectly owned by JSC "Samruk-Kazyna" on the right of ownership or trust management, from On June 10, 2022, No. 197 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure) announces the procedure for selecting an audit organization to provide audit services, to the following extent and on the following terms:

2. A brief description of the volume of audit and related services purchased:
It is required to provide audit services for auditing the Customer's financial statements prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (hereinafter - IFRS) and in accordance with the list and forms approved by the regulatory act of the authorized state body of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Accounting and Financial Reporting" for 2026.
3. A full description of the audit and related services to be procured, the cost of which is included in the total cost of services, as well as relevant recommendations provided in letters to management, are provided in the Request for Participation in the procedure for selecting an audit organization to audit the financial statements of MANGYSHLAK-MUNAI LLP for 2026 (hereinafter referred to as "the Request"). – Request for Participation), which will be provided upon the official request of the participants after they sign a Confidentiality Agreement.
4. The amount allocated for the purchase of audit services is 1,500,000 [KI1] (one million five hundred thousand) tenge excluding VAT
5. The deadline and place for submitting applications for participation in the audit organization selection procedure: from "04" August 2026 to "04" September 2026, Astana, Esil district, A. Bokeikhan Street, building 12, Bolashak Business Center, on weekdays from 9:00 to 18:00, 9th floor.
