At the ADIPEC international energy exhibition and conference, Sanzhar Zharkeshov, Chairman of the Board at JSC NC QazaqGaz, engaged in significant discussions and hosted multiple meetings with leaders from top global energy companies.

Zharkeshov notably met with Ali Al-Janabi, Shell's Chairman in Kazakhstan, and Shell CEO Wael Sawan to explore potential avenues for collaboration. Talks also extended to senior executives from ADNOC and Turkmengaz, focusing on future joint projects.

In further discussions, Zharkeshov connected with Clay Neff, Chevron's President of International Exploration and Production. They addressed key projects, including a major geological exploration initiative in the Aktobe region, a long-term gas purchase agreement with TCO, and upcoming opportunities in gas exploration, production, and processing.

Moreover, several international companies agreed on collaborative visits to gas processing plants, a step aimed at gaining insights crucial for the construction of a new gas processing facility at Kashagan.

ADIPEC (Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference) ranks among the foremost energy industry gatherings, held annually in Abu Dhabi. The event serves as a global platform for industry leaders, experts, and government officials to discuss key issues, share knowledge, and showcase the latest advancements in the oil and gas sectors. This year, ADIPEC attracted over 1,500 exhibitors and more than 100,000 participants from around the world.
