Intergas Central Asia JSC (part of QazaqGaz NC JSC) hosted the traditional competition of professional skills of workers "Uzdik Maman".

The competition is held in 15 professions in two stages. It is one of the most critical moral aspects of motivating workers to improve work quality, efficiency, production culture, and the prestige of blue-collar professions.

The first qualifying stage of the competition was held at the regional level based on the company's production branches.

The final was held at the Training Site of the QazaqGaz Scientific and Technical Center, at the Akbulak linear production department in Shymkent, and at the Poltoratsk underground gas storage facility. Over three days, the contestants demonstrated their practical knowledge, as well as their ability to provide emergency first aid and adherence to electrical safety rules. The competition committee assessed the quality of the competitor's work on the production site, rational and safe labor practices, the participant's degree of production independence, and the time spent completing the task.

"Gas workers service hazardous facilities, so the high qualifications of each employee are essential. Serious preparations- both theoretical and practical- are underway for the competition. This further increases the skill level of the staff. Our specialists always show high results, and the quality of their work allows us to ensure uninterrupted gas transportation to consumers," said Meirbek Ikhsanov, First Deputy Chairman of the Board of QazaqGaz NC JSC.

The competition winners were awarded diplomas, and a salary bonus was established for high professional skills.
