Construction of the gas processing plant in the Atyrau region is continuing in full accordance with the approved timeline. As of today, more than 2,084 specialists are working on site, including 1,481 direct personnel. Around 152 workers are engaged during night shifts. Over 340 units of construction equipment are currently in operation. Particular attention is being paid to ensuring safe working conditions, including activities carried out at night.

Progress on Construction and Installation Works

  • Foundation works, installation of steel structures, access platforms and process structures remain ongoing.

  • Installation of the firewater pipeline, formwork assembly, foundation reinforcement, as well as backfilling and earthworks for external utility networks (NVK-2) are in progress.

  • Assembly, welding and painting of RVS-5000 storage tanks continue.

  • Steel structures on units and pipe racks — including access platforms and the administrative and amenity block — are being installed and painted.

  • In the camp area, cable line installation, electrical equipment mounting, trenching, well installation and fitting of PE sewer pipes are under way.

  • Hydrotesting of the storage tank at Unit 20 has been successfully completed.
