On October 28, the first stage of the Corporate Program "pool of leaders", aimed at developing leadership potential and forming the company's internal personnel Reserve, was solemnly completed in Astana.
The project, which started in May 2025, brought together 26 employees from seven organizations of the QazaqGaz group. The participants passed a multi-stage selection among 650 applicants.
During the program, they mastered six training modules with a total duration of 120 hours, passed individual coaching sessions and developed professional development plans. Training was held in Almaty, Aktau and Shymkent. The project is aimed at developing strategic thinking, managerial competence and functional interaction.
The main practical result was based on five team projects aimed at digitalizing production processes, improving the management efficiency of equipment and the reliability of the gas transportation system. During the final defense, the participants presented their solutions to the management of QazaqGaz.
As a result of the event, the best projects were noted in the nominations, reflecting the Innovation, Digitalization, production significance and efficiency of the proposed solutions. The main prize of the program was the opportunity to undergo an international professional internship.
"People are our main value. The "pool of leaders" project is practical proof that we are consistently investing in the development of human capital. It is important that the projects presented today have a practical continuation, and their authors caused positive changes in the company," said Alibek Zhamauov, chairman of the Board of JSC NC QazaqGaz.
The Final presented a digital platform that combines the professional profiles of the participants, their achievements and personal development trajectories.
"QazaqGaz leader pool" is the basis for the formation of a new generation of leaders capable of offering solutions, taking responsibility and participating in the implementation of the company's strategic tasks.
