Zhanbolat Mirmanov, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board for Economics and Finance at NC QazaqGaz JSC, held a working meeting with representatives of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing (HKEX) and China International Capital Corporation (CICC). The HKEX delegation included Christopher Wong, Chairman of the Listing Committee.
The discussions focused on opportunities offered by Hong Kong’s capital markets for listing and raising financing, as well as potential areas for further cooperation.
The parties also discussed the potential use of international capital markets to finance QazaqGaz’s projects and strategic priorities.
HKEX, the operator of Hong Kong’s financial markets, provides companies with access to international investors through equity and debt listings and is one of Asia’s major financial market operators.
CICC is a leading Chinese investment bank providing investment banking and capital-raising services, including equity and bond offerings, M&A advisory and corporate finance.
