Alibek Zhamauov, Chairman of the Management Board of JSC “NC QazaqGaz”, held a meeting with Giancarlo Ruiu, Managing Director of NCOC. Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening strategic cooperation and underlined the importance of joint projects for the country.
The discussion focused on key initiatives being jointly developed, including:

construction of a 1 bcm per year gas processing plant at the Kashagan field;

the second GPP project with a capacity of 2.5 bcm per year;

commercialisation of liquefied petroleum gas.
According to the leadership of the national company, working groups are in daily contact, which helps to maintain the pace of project implementation.
Both parties expressed their intention to continue productive cooperation to ensure the successful delivery of all projects and to preserve the strategic importance of the partnership.
