As part of the Kazakh President’s visit to the United States, Alibek Zhamauov, Chairman of the Management Board of QazaqGaz, held talks with senior executives of ExxonMobil. The discussions were attended by Peter Larden, Senior Vice President of the corporation, and Cécile Rollin, Managing Director of ExxonMobil Kazakhstan Inc.

The meeting focused on issues of ongoing cooperation and the current agenda of joint activities in Kazakhstan. The talks provided an opportunity to exchange views on strategic aspects of collaboration in QazaqGaz’s priority gas processing projects, and reaffirmed mutual interest in further strengthening the partnership in relation to the Kashagan field.
