The Chairman of the Board of JSC "National Company QazaqGaz" Sanzhar Zharkeshov and the Minister of Industry and Advanced Technologies of the UAE, Chairman of the Board of Directors of AIQ, Dr. Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber, signed a strategic cooperation agreement. The documents were signed during the official visit of the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Sheikh Khaled bin Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, to Kazakhstan.

The parties agreed to launch two pilot AI projects to be implemented at QazaqGaz facilities. As part of the project, the company will implement:

AR360 – a digital platform for real-time analysis and optimization of field development. This solution provides an overview of the field by integrating data from various workflows and, according to AIQ's estimates, can increase process efficiency by up to 75%.

RockInsight – an AI application for core analysis that allows for the creation of accurate 3D models of rock and accelerates geological interpretation, which is critical for decision-making in development.

"For QazaqGaz, digital transformation is a strategic priority. We are investing in technologies that will help us develop fields more efficiently and reduce costs. The agreement with AIQ gives us access to advanced international expertise," noted Sanzhar Zharkeshov, Chairman of the Board of QazaqGaz.

The partnership with QazaqGaz will be an important international project for AIQ in exporting UAE-developed energy digitalization technologies. "Our solutions make energy processes more efficient, faster, and more environmentally friendly. Kazakhstan is a promising direction, and we are pleased to start our cooperation with QazaqGaz," stated Acting Managing Director of AIQ Magzhan Kenesbai.

The agreement provides not only for the implementation of AI tools but also for the exchange of expertise in digitalization, autonomous operations, and artificial intelligence. According to the parties, the partnership will help lay the foundation for large-scale technological changes in the region's energy sector.
