Ahead of World Day for Safety and Health at Work, the QazaqGaz NC JSC Group is reviewing its current performance in occupational safety. Since the beginning of 2026, there have been zero recorded industrial accidents across the QazaqGaz Group. This positive trend is the result of systematic efforts and a daily focus on safety across all levels of the organization.
The company is consistently striving toward its key goal: zero injuries. This is driven not only by requirements and procedures but also by a culture where safety is embedded in the daily work routine of every employee.
In 2025, the Group successfully implemented the "LTI Free" (Lost Time Injury Free) program, with total payouts to employees exceeding 1.2 billion tenge. QazaqGaz expects that employees will be able to maintain this performance throughout 2026.
The high standard of occupational safety was also recognized at the Fund level: in 2025, QazaqGaz NC JSC ranked first among all portfolio companies of JSC Samruk-Kazyna.
This result was made possible by the coordinated efforts of the entire Group, from the corporate center to the production sites. The foundation of this success lies in risk management, on-site discipline, and the development of a safety-first culture.
