Almaty hosted the first training module of QazaqGaz’s corporate Leadership Pool programme, designed to build a management talent pipeline and develop the leadership capabilities of employees across the QazaqGaz Group.
During the training, participants developed their skills in project management, strategic thinking and teamwork, while also beginning work on group projects focused on improving business processes and introducing new initiatives.
Further programme modules will take place in Aktau and Shymkent. The final stage will see participants present their projects to the company’s senior management in October this year. Even at this early stage, a number of the initiatives presented show strong potential as pilot solutions for practical implementation.
The QazaqGaz Leadership Pool programme forms part of the company’s systematic efforts to develop its talent pipeline, strengthen employees’ leadership capabilities and prepare the next generation of managers for the Group.
