On October 3, employees of the QazaqGaz Group of companies took part in environmental events in Astana and the regions where they operate. The actions were held within the framework of the program "Samuryknama: 20 igis" and the initiative "Taza Kazakhstan".
The clean-up day within the framework of the program "Samuryknama: 20 igi ic" brought together employees of the portfolio companies of JSC "Samruk-Kazyna" for the joint improvement of cities and towns. In Astana, employees of the QazaqGaz Group corporate center cleaned the territory of the Linear Park. Teams in the regions have also joined environmental events, contributing to the improvement of the places where they live and work.
On the same day, as part of the "Taza Kazakhstan" campaign, QazaqGaz planted 200 trees on the territory of the Dara school in Astana. Among them are Siberian firs, pines and apple trees. New plantings will complement the green school grounds and eventually create shade and a cozy space for children.
Such initiatives help to instill respect for nature through concrete actions. By cleaning urban spaces and planting trees, the company's teams show by their example that caring for the environment begins with everyone's participation.
