QazaqGaz and Uztransgaz have signed a contract for the transportation of gas across the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The document was signed by Askar Isakov, Acting Chairman of the Management Board of Uztransgaz, and by Alibek Zhamauov, Chairman of the Management Board of QazaqGaz.
The agreement formalises arrangements to ensure stable gas transportation and strengthens cooperation in the gas transmission sector. The contract will serve as a basis for enhancing the reliability of the regional gas infrastructure and ensuring stable operations during the autumn–winter period.
