Kazakhstan's Minister of Energy Almasadam Satkaliyev met with Zhang Jianhua, the head of the State Energy Administration of China. Sanzhar Zharkeshov, chairman of the Board of JSC NC QazaqGaz, took part in a series of meetings with representatives of China's largest energy companies and government agencies.
In particular, the parties discussed expanding partnerships in the energy sector and exchanged views on the prospects for cooperation between the countries in this sector. Similar goals for achieving carbon neutrality were noted. The participants also discussed specific existing and new projects in the gas industry.
