From October 12 to 14, as part of the “Samrūqnama” campaign, which was timed to coincide with the 20th anniversary of Samruk‑Kazyna JSC, the “Safety School” was held in three schools in Astana. The classes were attended by students in grades 4–6 from School No. 23 and gymnasium‑schools No. 32 and No. 90.
The lecturers were specialists from JSC “NC ‘QazaqGaz’”, who are part of the Young Workers’ Center for Occupational Safety at JSC “Samruk‑Kazyna”. During interactive lessons, schoolchildren examined four areas of safety: personal, road, public, and internet safety.
Practical tasks and real‑life examples helped the children learn to identify threats, assess risks, and choose the right actions.
The main goal of the project is to instill stable safety skills in children from an early age and lay the foundations of a safety culture.
We thank the school administration and teachers for their cooperation, and the students for their engagement and interesting questions!
Safety starts in childhood!
