The Shalkar Line Production Department (LPD), part of JSC Intergas Central Asia’s Aktobe Main Gas Pipeline Administration, plays a vital role in ensuring the uninterrupted transportation of natural gas to consumers, consistently delivering strong operational performance.

The department is responsible for strategically important sections of the Bukhara–Ural and Beineu–Bozoi–Shymkent trunk gas pipelines. Its production facilities comprise three key compressor stations: CS-12, Kozhasay Compressor Station and CS-13.

“Compressor Station No. 12 is equipped with seven gas pumping units. Currently, two of these units are providing a throughput capacity of up to 24 million cubic metres of gas per day, ensuring the reliable transportation of gas to the country’s central and southern regions,” said Yerbol Nuradinov, Chief Engineer of the Shalkar LPD.

In addition to supporting transit gas flows, the department ensures a stable gas supply to communities across the Mugalzhar, Shalkar and Irgiz districts of the Aktobe Region, as well as to a number of industrial facilities in the area.
