A joint venture of QazaqGaz NC JSC and Trans-Asia Gas Pipeline Company Limited (a subsidiary of CNPC) - Asian Gas Pipeline LLP—sent 1 billion tenge to the Samruk-Kazyna Trust corporate fund to assist flood victims. The other day, the company's management participated in the official transfer of a certificate for the specified amount.

Earlier, the management of NC QazaqGaz JSC asked all transnational companies with which QazaqGaz works together to support Kazakhstanis. One of the first to respond was the China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC). After Asian Gas Pipeline LLP addressed its shareholders, QazaqGaz NC JSC and CNPC supported the charity initiative. By the decision of the joint venture's supervisory board, financial assistance was allocated.

It's worth noting the individual contributions of the employees of the group of companies to the emergency rescue efforts. They formed volunteer groups, and the local trade union "Asian Gas Pipeline" LLP collected and sent humanitarian aid worth more than 10 million tenge to Atyrau. The QazaqGaz Jastary Youth Council initiated the collection of one-day wages and participated in bank protection work.

In addition, employees of the QazaqGaz group of companies continue to take measures to eliminate the consequences of floods. In particular, in regions affected by natural disasters, post-flood work is being carried out at gas facilities.
