On July 25, the official opening of the QazaqGaz corporate training center took place with the participation of the Chairman of the Board of JSC NC QazaqGaz Sanzhar Zharkeshov and the Akim of Shymkent Gabit Syzdykbekov.
The event participants took part in a tour of the training center, and also attended a presentation of VR simulators, which are actively used in the gas workers training program. According to the head of QazaqGaz, the national operator of the gas industry is aware of the need for strategic human resources management.
"Personnel training is an integral process of improving and developing the company. This is the key task for the QazaqGaz corporate training center," said Sanzhar Zharkeshov.
The QazaqGaz Training Center is a single corporate center for advanced training of specialized gas industry specialists, as well as professional retraining and confirmation of qualifications of specialized specialists.
As part of the work of the training center, it is planned to cooperate with foreign companies, including Solar Turbines, Baker Hughes and others. In addition, employees of the QazaqGaz Scientific and Technical Center presented the local platform "Bilim QG" for the digitalization of the training process in the group of companies, projects for the development of competencies "Kemenger" and the School of Internal Trainers.
Let us recall that on February 1, 2024, by the decision of the Chairman of the Board of JSC NC QazaqGaz, the training center became part of QazaqGaz Scientific and Technical Center LLP. From this moment on, the training center is rebranding in the field of transforming methodological tools and approaches to training, switching to a new LMS system. In addition, a search is underway for new projects to train and develop the competencies of gas industry employees in accordance with the needs of the group of companies.
