From May 14 to 15, 2025, the "Үздік маман" professional skills competition was held at the Amangeldy branch. The main goals of the competition were to exchange experience, motivate employees to improve their professional level and skills, and enhance the prestige of working professions. The President of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, declared 2025 the Year of Working Professions, emphasizing the importance of diligence and professionalism.
The competition was held in the categories "Best Electrician" and "Best Repair Locksmith." It involved 10 repair locksmiths and 5 electricians engaged in the repair and maintenance of electrical equipment. The competition consisted of two rounds: the first round included a theoretical part, and the second was practical. Veterans of the Partnership were invited to be part of the judging panel.
As a result of the competition, in the "Best Electrician" category, first place was awarded to Zhambyl Ermakhanov, an electrician specializing in the repair and maintenance of electrical equipment. In the "Best Repair Locksmith" category, first place went to Rakhmatulla Ismagulov.
The winners of the competition, who took first place in their categories, were awarded the title "Үздік маман" and received a professional skills bonus. Valuable gifts were also presented to all competition participants.
