To prepare a personnel reserve for senior positions, QazaqGaz NC JSC forms a personnel reserve.

When forming a pool of employees, education, total work experience (at least 10 years), work experience in a group of companies (at least 5 years), as well as work experience in a managerial position (at least 3 years) will be taken into account. In addition, you must have professional achievements and public speaking skills.

If included in the personnel reserve, in the future, highly qualified employees can be selected without competition for senior positions in the QazaqGaz group of companies.
