When forming a pool of employees, education, total work experience (at least 10 years), work experience in a group of companies (at least 5 years), as well as work experience in a managerial position (at least 3 years) will be taken into account. In addition, you must have professional achievements and public speaking skills.
If included in the personnel reserve, in the future, highly qualified employees can be selected without competition for senior positions in the QazaqGaz group of companies. Implementing this initiative contributes to developing the principles of meritocracy in the company, as well as transparency in the selection and recruitment of specialists.
