The Local Trade Union is independent in its activities from public authorities, employers and their associations, it is unaccountable to them and is not controlable by them
Members of the Trade Union are 99% of the total number of employees or 161 employees.
QazaqGaz Group recognizes the freedom of professional associations and the right to collective bargaining provided for by the UN documents, ILO, the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Relations between employees and employers in QazaqGaz Group are based on the principles of social partnership, which provide an optimal balance of interests of the parties for the effective solution of tasks facing QazaqGaz, taking into account the fulfillment of obligations.
Collective agreements regulate the list of issues related to social benefits, guarantees and compensations. Taking into account the provisions of existing collective bargaining agreements and local regulations, subsidiaries and affiliates have the opportunity to adapt the social package to the conditions of their production activities.
The interests of employees in collective bargaining are represented by the Republican Association of Trade Unions "Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
